HOME – Refund Policy

At Power Plus Care, we provide service contracts designed to protect homeowners from unexpected repair and replacement costs associated with major home systems and appliances. Our services include:

Home Warranty Plans

Appliance Protection (e.g., refrigerators, washers/dryers, ovens)

HVAC System Coverage (air conditioning, heating systems)

Plumbing System Coverage

Electrical System Coverage

Optional Add-ons (e.g., sump pumps, pool/spa equipment, water heaters)

We are committed to delivering dependable protection and transparent service terms. The following policy outlines how refunds are handled under our service agreements.

1. Full Refund – Within 30 Days

You are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid contract amount if:

The cancellation request is received within 30 days of the contract start date, and

No service request has been initiated, approved, or fulfilled during this time.

The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

2. Pro-Rated Refund – After 30 Days

If you choose to cancel your service contract after 30 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on:

The number of months remaining in the contract, and

Deduction of any claims paid, service visits, or dispatch fees, and

A standard administrative fee of up to $75.

If the value of services rendered exceeds the refundable amount, no refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

Services or repairs have already been completed under the agreement.

The plan was sold under a “no cancellation” promotion or at a deeply discounted price.

The contract term has fully expired at the time of the cancellation request.

4. Transferability

If you sell your home, your Power Plus Care warranty contract may be transferred to the new homeowner for the remainder of the term. In this case, no refund will be issued, but the buyer will receive continued coverage.

5. How to Cancel and Request a Refund

Please provide your full name, service agreement number, contact details, and the reason for cancellation.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Policy Updates

Power Plus Care reserves the right to revise this refund policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

A full refund will be provided within 30 days from the date of delivery of the service.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the company address.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
